二人でコース利用しましたが肉は赤身も霜降りも柔らかく店員さんが焼いてくれるので焼き加減も完璧で至福のひとときが味わえます。
また、コース内で肉を選択でき二人で違う肉にしましたが二人でシェア出来る程度に大判で、何も言わなくとも店員さんが半分ずつ分けてくれます。

Shinjis Omakase was an amazing dish .
The sweet shrimp medium fatty tuna lean tuna and wagyu beef were all satisfying.
Shinjis performance entertained everyone. The sake was also excellent carefully selected.
I want to go again.
