👍👍 プログラムが豊富で初心者から通えると思います。めちゃくちゃ汗が出て1時間集中することにより体も心もスッキリします。腰痛があるのですが、ヨガをやると正しい姿勢になりいいこと尽くめです。インストラクターも小さいことでも褒めてくれる優しい人しかいません。清掃も行き届いていてオススメの店舗です。

接客は笑顔で、とてもいい雰囲気でした。
ただ、接客の内容は最悪です。
入会できるコースについては、体験後の疲れきった状態で、暑いスタジオ内で、説明をされました。暑くて頭が回りません。
