👍 The store staff is prompt and efficient, which is great.
Even though it was busy at lunchtime with many customers, the customer service was excellent and there was no congestion at the register.

😠 店員によるのかもしれませんが、
牛丼一杯注文して5分ほど待たされます。
そしてなぜか、あとから入ってきた人のカルビ焼肉定食が先に提供されたりします。
さらに、アタマの大盛を注文したはずなのですが…並盛と肉の量が変わりません。
量はともかく、急いでるから牛丼、という感じの時に入ってはいけない店です。

😠 I like Sukiya, but unfortunately I don't feel like using this place.
●It's just so dirty. It seems to be set up in a food court format, with dusters all piled up, but no one uses them, so the tabletop remains dirty with juices and pieces of meat. The floor is also dirty so you can't put your luggage...
