パウンドケーキにベイクドタルト
両方パサパサでボロボロ崩れます。
本当に当日のもの？かと疑いたくなるくらいでした
これをしっとりしてるという人はなぜ？
陳列の際に空気に触れてるのがよくないのか
どれも乾燥気味です
カフェラテも温くてびっくり
雰囲気と接客は良いですが...

They even had “cortado” in the menu! Also coffee alternatives such as matcha latte, and milk alternatives like soy milk lattes.

👍 Kinda hidden cafe in the basement of Korinbo Tokyu Square but you can access directly from Nagamachi side. One of the nice modern cafes in Kanazawa city central.
A combination of coffee and cheese cake was 880 yen. The cake was rich but not too sugary, coffee was light at first and then feels darker...
