ただワサビがちょっと効きすぎていて、中トロ以外は少し食べづらかったです。
本日のお味噌汁はたけのこ！ビックリするくらい美味しく、香りが席近辺に充満しました♪

牛カツは柔らかく、わさび醤油、ソース、岩塩など豊富なつけダレで飽きさせない工夫が嬉しい。
