スタンダードなカクテルでもスタンダードレシピ通りではなく、
より美味しくするための研鑽をされているようです。
あと、マンハッタン一つとってもライウイスキーにミクターズを使うなどコストを考えるとかなり大変だと思いますが、きちっと丁寧に作っています。
