今年はコロナの影響もあり彩夏祭も中止。
例年なら朝霞中央公園のイルミネーションのみだけでしたが、今年は力を入れており公園通り全体がイルミネーションされてました。ペットボトルを使った一つ一つ手作りのライトも感動しました。
