👍👍 My wife and I stayed at the shinjuku Washington Hotel, so this was an excellent stop in the evening on the way home. It was an excellent atmosphere, and the employees were kind and polite even though there was a slight language barrier!

👍 I'd guess at least 60 seats in a downstairs location. Described as a lower plaza or something. Nepali staff but a vanilla Japanese atmosphere, including the TV. No W-Fi or charging. I think the building is too new for it to be a former izakaya, but maybe that style is the only one the decorator know...
