😠 This plaza is very run down and poorly maintained. I am assuming that the rent is expensive why so many shops didn't stay there long and many shop spaces still remains with them now deciding to sell the spaces instead of solely renting.
Thank God for the few big company or strong businesss left on...

😐 the shipping place (can't remember the name) is very affordable, so if you shop online you can check it out. First class printry does quality work but a bit on the expensive side but good customer service. Don't know about the other business on the complex but parking is available.
