😠 Mi hanno venduto delle cornici rotte e non le hanno cambiate perché secondo loro mi erano cadute.
Mi sono reso conto che erano rotte solo quando ho tolto le pellicole che gli angoli erano rotti e portati subito al negozio, mi hanno alzato la voce trattandomi come un ladro e facevano i sordi.

👍👍 I love Kiko makeup, but I usually have a bad experience when I go into stores. In many other stores (especially Valdichiana) I find the sales people to be quite rude and arrogant. It’s not nice to go and buy make up & feel like you’re being judged. However, this branch in Siena is TOTALLYA different...
