🫤 Esperienza negativa al reparto otorino. Operazione alle adenoidi di ns. figlia. trattata come un numero e non come una bambina ( su 10 infermieri, collaboratori e personale presente in reparto se ne salvano 4 ) Dottore gentile. Invece molto gentile la Sig.ra all'accoglienza.
