👍👍 Circuito veloce. Istruttrice motivanti. L'ambiente solo femminile è molto rilassante. Il microchip che registra i tuoi allenamenti e tara l'intensità del tuo lavoro nella seduta di allenamento ti spinge a cercare di dare il massimo. Il report della seduta ti fa capire dove devi lavorare di più.
