👍👍 As an art school student, I did specific research on the Pieve di S.Casciano. It is the only one that boasts bas-reliefs, on the architraves of the side doors, by the same stonemasons who worked on the Cathedral of Pisa.
A fact that made this church as important as Cascina and Calci.

👍👍 Luogo molto tranquillo perfetto per un pic-nic. Peccato per la struttura che è un po' malridotta. Da qui poi è inoltre possibile raggiungere il monte faeta tramite il percorso 121 del CAI.
