😠 Well stocked hardware...but for an incorrectly ordered door handle on their part...I had to keep it because they couldn't replace it. However, the staff is not very professional towards the customer.

😠 Ho acquistato dalla Ferplac 17 porte da interno. Pentito appena le ho viste.
Alcune sono spanciate e, pare, che la Ferplac abbia risposto al montatore che le porte spanciate sono tali perché montate in zone umide e che ci vuole un anno (l'anno è poi diventato "qualche mese") per farla tornare dritta...
