👍👍 Frequento la palestra da diverso tempo e mi trovo benissimo.
Si è sempre seguiti dal personal trainer che è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.
Inoltre l'allenamento è personalizzato in base a persona e obiettivi, enorme passo avanti rispetto alla classica palestra "commerciale".
