👍 Excellent base for touring the area (amazing Rila Monastery and Stob "pyramids). Modern stylish and clean, comfy bed, helpful owners. Only downside : no lift so don't ask for a third floor flat as I did! Also got a bit noisy on Saturday night. Otherwise perfect

👍👍 Clean, the water is at a great temperature! The best thing is that it doesn't feel like the heavy chlorine smell it used to! There is no smell of preparations and it has good aspiration! The air inside the pool is fresh, not heavy with moisture! I recommend with both hands!

😠 Asked at the dorm reception yesterday about working hours, was told 5-7 p.m. because it's summer... went at 5.25... closed... was told that opening hours are 9-5... went at 11 a.m. today - locked, no one to even ask... what a joke!!!
