I have small problem with Karcher product I have bought there. They broke it definitely, and said it was like that before. Unfortunately i didn't make photo documentation before i gave it to them.

😠 Horrendous customer service. I arrived at 18:25h with closing time at 19h. At 18:30 the staff turned off the music. At 18:35 the staff switched off and on the lights about 10 times and so I went to ask what’s going on…? The grumpy woman told me they always close at 18:45… the man with a shaved head...
