😠 They are not customer friendly. I call them before reached their place, but within 5/10 minutes after they said they have no single rooms left. They told me to take double room with double price that i could not effort. They did not help me at the middle of night. That's why i give them this review.

😠 Everything they had was out of stock. The person in reception didn’t have a mask on face. They don't have generators for power backups. I called the reception to know about it and he said electricity don't goes here so we don’t need a generator. I came here to take rest but became restless 😢

😐 I stayed one night in this hotel. Single room, rent 400 taka.
The room was fairly clean and good value for money. But there was no water in the washroom in the morning. Had to suffer a bit for water.
There was no breakfast with the room.
After all, the room was good for the money.
