Great view, cozy vibe, and friendly staff. Food wise, we ordered a 2-Person Waffel set which comes with one waffle and 2 drinks. We choose waffle with tapioca and it was to my surprise amazingly good.😋Will definitely come visit again.

👍 Good spot for pet owners. Spacious seats with lots of plants in the background. Had a bagel for a quick bite, it was really mediocre. Iced Americano tasted good though. There's a small balcony area at the rear. Also a few free parking available, which is really thoughtful in this neighborhood.
