特殊的口感很特別（喜歡吃邊邊脆脆的部分）
口味選擇不多，多是偏重的調味
感覺的出來每樣食材搭配都有精心設計過
室內有內用區，可以坐著好好品嚐
一個小缺點就是出餐的速度偏慢
站在餐飲同業的角度來看
雖然是現點現做，不過應該還有很多流程可以優化，希望老闆可以再精進！

👍👍 雖然只是我個人的喜好，但我還是想告訴全世界，我覺得炸雞大獅的杏鮑菇，是炸杏鮑菇界的NO.1，從開店之後我每個禮拜都會來買一份，基隆開炸雞大獅真的太讚啦！

👍👍 這次拜訪一家位於藍曬圖園區內的美式漢堡店，黑膠漢堡遠從台北信義開來台南，店內裝潢也是相當美式，音樂播放的都是一些美式饒舌，主食類有牛肉堡、雞腿堡和熱狗堡可以選擇，薯條竟然更是多達12種口味可以選擇，任何主食都可以升級成套餐，廚房是開放式可以看到店員製作的過程，讓人格外放心。
