炸春捲這道菜應該蠻受歡迎的，冰箱有不少備料，外表酥脆不過入口的口感卻是偏油膩，我猜大概是為了快速上菜，店家有先炸過一次放涼，客戶點餐的時候再回鍋快速加熱油炸一下，因爲春捲裡面有加上芋頭比較容易吸油，回炸之後入口的口感會油膩一些。
