👍👍 Took a Yoga glow class with instructor Crystal here and really enjoyed the space. It’s cozy and bright.
The class itself had a good pace & the music went with the flow pretty well.
It’s super easy to get to from MRT stop- Guting.

😐 Expensive for my taste. Had to commit to at least a year membership which didn't make sense with my schedule. Some classes in English and nice locker room with amenities. No need to bring your own mat which is a plus.

😐 便宜的小型健身房，有50元/小時或是包月599元的選擇，有專屬停車場可以停放汽機車，運動過程也不會有人跟你推銷，雖然空間不大，但基本各類器材都有一些，很適合新手入門運動，環境很悶熱，有裝冷氣但不一定會全部開啟，有時候會熱到身體快無法運動，還有保護槓跟槓片扣環不足，這點也希望能改善
