😠 需要購買兩個特製輔具才可以上課，課程慣例前面半小時都只是放音檔，常常有很多舊生會大聲聊天，就會聽不到動作指示。
後半堂課大部分是很多肌力訓練，有的老師會依照學員狀況給出不同難度的調整，有的老師不會。
85分鐘的課程，有一次老師因為連著上課的原因遲到17分鐘，且舊生大聲聊天。（如影片所示）
