👍👍 老師教學認真，且會依學生程度給予不同動作建議。上課時也會宣導正確觀念，讓學生可以對自己身體的動作更加有自覺。
給予的拆解動作口令也很確實，在動作時都能運動到對的地方！
加上小班制教學，每位同學在做動作時，老師都會仔細看是否有做錯。
上課環境舒適，而且每次上完課也有提供酒精讓大家消毒器具。
