如果沒有好的柔軟以及好的基礎，建議孕婦們千萬不要選擇Jenny盧對待孕婦態度非常隨便並且講話不客氣，做不出來還會直接擺臉色給你並且講話酸語對妳，讓人感受非常不受尊重，花錢買罪受上過一次此老師課從此拒上。
麻煩要當老師先學會如何尊重每位同學狀況的不同吧！

這週二(3/19)參加【一夜好眠療癒站】，在課堂後半段按壓過程中，其實都快睡著了。到家後趕快洗澡，並且沒有亂滑手機，趕緊到床上躺平，其實當躺平在床上時，就能感受到身體比平常鬆，而且很快就入睡，並且醒來時，已經隔天早上6點多了。
謝謝GiGi老師、小滵老師每次在課堂上都會分享學理，...
