頭髮很用力的扯綁不起來把髮圈丟客人臉上，反應力道可以重一點，口氣很兇的嗆現在在放鬆而已。
之後又故意按很大力，講了兩次還是一樣故意用會受傷的力道。
其他技師說之前他的客人忘記穿拖鞋，20號直接把拖鞋往樓梯下丟去雜客人。
