👍 星河繪（管理委員會稱：崇慧花園）有ABCD棟共約257戶。
位於調和街半腰上，部份面綠景，非常舒服的建築空間及氣場，屬於一貫道的建物，裡面也有一般住戶，感覺喜歡住清幽環境及退休老人應該很適合。裡面的管理人員感覺都很和善。管理費70元/坪。可惜旁邊有加油站。未來調和轉運站建好，應該會更好。

前身是火力發電廠的宿舍，整修開業才不到兩年。
整體裝潢都走文藝雅致風格。
飯店地點離海科館、望幽谷、潮境公園、八斗子深澳鐵道自行車都很近。可從圓山站搭1579公車到海科館下車。
附近走路不到5分鐘，有個調和市場形成的美食街可供覓食。
