I was given a time and got 15 mins late and they were like u have to wait atleast 1.5 hrs and that even not sure …
And they were like we took a another customer Cz that is our policy…that you can’t get late atleast 5 mins!
But aren’t u suppose to convey ur policy to your customer ?...
