It is cheap; all rooms are the same at @ NGN3,000.00 per night.

😠 Way below average, the rooms are not well taken care of, its dirty, and stuffy. The bathrooms are an eyesore, dirty ( not sure it has been washed this year) the drain is clogged, no running water. The service is also poor but i have seen worse.
