Bought a new Maxi Gen set 3.5kva. The set runs fine but Stopped generating power in less than 3 month - no worries. Took it to the centre and they said warranty is only 3 months so I have to pay for repairs- no issues.

😠 Poor customer service. Maybe because of the language barrier by the white guys there.
Bought a maxi generator and it crashed in 4 days.
Returned it back and over 24hrs no update. I had to keep calling to ask. I guess they keep a lot of old stocked goods besides televisions which are quick buys.
