🫤 When I checked out they charged me for not cleaning the windows from the outside. Totally unacceptable in a country that is raining every 2 days. The windows were like that when I moved in.

🫤 Flats are big and spacious. But surrounding and management is awful. Almost every day bikes are stolen, even from underground garage. Packages are stolen or opened inside the hall. No actions are taken to prevent this from the company.

😠 Very unflexible and unfair when it comes re-scheduling or cancellations that were unavoidable due to the global Covid 19 pandemic. We lost over 900€ of down-payment for nothing, can't help the impression of profiteering.
