Called at 1700 to order 3 pizzas for pickup at 1830. Arriving at 1830, the pizzas were not ready. After waiting for 30 minutes we got the pizza, but no apology.
Pizza was good, but how difficult could it be to have 3 pizza ready with 90 minutes of prep time?

Then my grandad got two same main courses and when he asked for his entree they said he never ordered one ( I sat next to him and he did).
