😠 I ordered books as traktatie, i received them delayed after a week, supposed to be DHL issue. I received a damaged parcel which was closed by a DHL sticker, i didnt pay attention because i wanted to return the package. I didnt even open it! They rejected the parcel (so i dont receive back my money)...
