😠 Bij pakket afhaalpunt staat een erg arrogante kerel die klanten gewoon afsnauwt, heeft mijn nichtje erg onvriendelijk behandeld terwijl hij zelf een pakket aan de verkeerde persoon heeft meegegeven, deze persoon is duidelijk niet geschikt voor dit werk, graag actie hierop.
