Armbandje binnen paar dagen stuk. Het lag aan iedereen maar niet aan van Ark.
Wat nog het meest vervelende is dat de empathie totaal ontbreekt. Totaal geen inlevingsvermogen. Zeer teleur...

😠 Ik ging met een vriendin wat passen en toen ging ze een grapje maken en toen gingen we lachen en toen ging een medewerker de gordijn opentrekken en toen zeggen van: wees stiller.
