😐 Simple but beautiful. Spacious rooms, although it seems to have been built in parts. Not only does it work as a "traditional" motel, it is really a good option to spend a night without paying an expensive hotel (with similar amenities) or going to a 200 peso hotel (which in Tuxtla is really ugly)....

🫤 I would NEVER stay here or recommend it again. We booked Cabin 5 for 4 nights. We left after 3. Huge spiders in our bed 2 of 3 nights. Pool was disgusting and never cleaned. No room service cleaning our room. Bathroom floors were gross. Food was very good though. Oh and NO hot water. None. Zero....

😠 Staff is excellent and helpful, the location is excellent and has nice views, the rooms are old and smelly. They are outdated and the place is empty. They leave you alone at night and just lock the gate. You may be the only one at the hotel. Do not make reservations since they always have room.
