🫤 The staff are not nice people. Constantly trying to upcharge, to stick into their pockets. Have to ask for hot water, everytime you need it and they only give you 10-15 mins of it. Poor attitudes. I caught 2 employees speaking poorly about a guest I had over. Unprofessional.

The elevators do not work, SHUT DOWN 4 TIMES!!!, I got stuck in the elevator for more than an hour, and the service should be much better and should better train their employees.
