👍👍 An area of beauty and peacefulness. There are a lot of beach clubs along the lagoon which seems to think all of us like loud techno music. No speakers here. Just perfect. No one there. I do think it will change at some point so enjoy the silence whilst it lasts. We spent a couple of days here

👍👍 Lovely hidden gem. Very peaceful and the family that runs it are very friendly. The entree is 50 pesos and renting a kayak for an hour is 100 pesos - I believe other places charges double for this. Definitely worth a visit if you’re staying around the lake for a few days

👍 Un lugar muy agradable que permite disfrutar de sus aguas tranquilas, claro, en época de secas, ya que en temporada de lluvias el caudal del agua tiende a aumentar. El sitio cuenta con baños que son administrados por el personal que cuida el lugar, así que solo están disponibles cuando ellos están....

😠 Please don’t go here. It is highly unethical. The precious stromalites are all along the rapids where guests have direct access to. These are extremely delicate creatures that make this lagoon such a beautiful color. They do very little to protect them.
I’ve been told these were protected lands but...
