👍👍 Never had a problem with Sanborns. There is just about everything you could need under one roof. There is a decent restaurant with lovely staff and for. The only negative is that some things can be a little on the pricey side. But all round Sanborns is in the top of the department store chains.

😠 Not a great experience...brought the wrong dish out twice, never received the correct dish. My husbands food looked pretty grim though and no way worth the money. They were clearly under staffed for such a busy day, we were sitting there for an hour waiting for my food before we decided to leave.

👍👍 Oscar Reyes Hernandez was such an amazing help and provided great customer service in helping choose and order our couch. He also went above and beyond in finding a solution when it arrived broken during the delivery. The man deserves a raise! We’ll be back to buy more and will find him to help us.
