😠 Do not buy or deal with these crooks ! I bought a condo pre- construction and paid in full. These crooks were told when they purchased the complex that my unit was sold and paid for. They say tough luck, we will just keep your money. Don’t deal with these criminals .

😠 Poor management regarding noise from neighbour. Have complained several times about loud music and diy at night time from neighbours, difficult to sleep with the sound of drilling and loud music at 2am! Do NOT stay unless you like noise!
