😠 まず、従業員の教育をやり直した方が良いと思います。いらっしゃいませ・ありがとうございました が言えないのは如何なものかと。
勿論、丁寧な従業員もいらっしゃいますが、一部の悪い接客の従業員がいるために お店全体が悪い印象になってしまいます。
サービスカウンターの接客も雑な感じと丁寧な感じの両極端ですね。

😠 18時にはほとんど惣菜無し。
問題はほぼ毎日だし、長年それでやってきてしまってる店舗。
近隣のスーパーに比べて圧倒的に品数が少な過ぎる。
店長しっかりしましょう。
本部の指示が入るべき店舗。
チャンスロスかなり逃してますよ。
在庫管理出来るスタッフを入れるべき。

👍👍 いつも他の鮮魚店でお刺身の盛り合わせを買っていましたが休店日だったので、初めてこちらで事前予約して作ってもらいました。結果、とても満足できる内容でこれからもこちらでお願いしようと思います。
また、対応してくれた店員さんが皆さん明るく親切な所もとても好印象でした。
