昔は店員さんの入れ替わりのせいか、味のブレがあったのですが、2023年現在、下北沢せい家始まってから最高に美味い時です。
スープ十分濃厚、ブレがない。
チャーシュー薄いのが残念ですが、それ以外はパーフェクト。
