😠 I went to this ice cream shop and asked for a scoop of hazelnut in a cup (no ice cream was on display on the counter), a Macchiatone and a chocolate lobster.
The ice cream appeared to be broken down and not at all creamy (when you tasted it you could feel the pieces of ice).
