Non hanno congelatore, quindi la qualità è molto elevata.
Hamburger, condimenti e pane sono avanti anni luce dalla concorrenza.
Ottima la genziana e il tortino al cioccolato sempre fatto da loro.
Occorre prenotazione ed i prezzi sono medio/alti.

Consigliatissime le ribs di maiale a cottura CBT (bassa temperatura e sotto vuoto,una tecnica che si utilizza molto nella ristorazione moderna, bella idea!!)di cui è preferibile la prenotazione che si rischia di non trovarle sempre disponibili.
