👍 Very clean, cozy with a little courtyard in the rear. Value for money. Some of the meat dishes are tough (because it's buffet). Soup, noodle dishes, desserts and ice cream worth the price. So is the dimsum. I go back on a regular basis for the seaweed....

😠 Unfriendly communication, very slow service… 75 min for 2 dishes?! Very average meat quality. Establishment not clean, full of trinkets. There are also their children who play football in the establishment. Absolutely avoid!!
