We have been to greenroom a couple of times. Today however was disappointing.
The technique used to make slices of saignant warm was poor. The slides were precut and refried on one side, giving you haha overcooked slices.

😠 Once upon a time they used to know how to make a sandwich. Last time though was a complete disgrace, so empty and dry I even had to add some olive oil myself to be able to chew it. Wasted €6.2, that should normally be refunded with an apology.
